These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website paintandprofits.com and the services offered by Webwaze LLC d/b/a Paint & Profits ("Company", "we", "us"). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
Paint & Profits provides Google Business Profile (GBP) optimisation and Local Services Ads (LSA) management for U.S.-based painting contractors. Specific deliverables, pricing, and timelines are outlined in your individual service agreement.
Our services are available to painting contractors operating in the United States with annual revenue of $500,000 or more. We reserve the right to decline service to any applicant for any reason.
We guarantee that clients will generate at least 10× their investment in new revenue within 90 days of campaign launch. If this benchmark is not met, you will not be charged for that period. Specific terms of the guarantee are detailed in your signed service agreement. The guarantee applies only to clients who follow our onboarding process and implement our recommendations in full.
Services are billed monthly. Payment terms are specified in your individual service agreement. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts more than 7 days past due.
Clients may cancel service at the end of any billing period with written notice. No cancellation fees apply beyond the current billing period. Month-to-month agreements require 7 days' notice prior to the next billing date.
All website content, copy, and creative assets produced by Paint & Profits remain the intellectual property of Webwaze LLC unless otherwise agreed in writing.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Webwaze LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
Results vary by market, competition, and business factors outside our control. Any revenue or lead estimates shared on this website are based on averages across our client base and are not guarantees of individual results.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
